A very straight forward process, my tenant saw him working, gave me a quote on the phone (cheaper than two over local companies in Barnham) Had an issue with a staff member being ill, kept me informed, before it became an issue, turned up on time as promised, did the work to a great standard. I'm really impressed with the efficient, no-fuss, friendly approach from Darren and his team. It was great value and they came out quickly to do the work. They cleared up afterwards and you'd never know the tree stump had been there. They didn't even disturb the smaller plants around the bay tree. Darren also advised me on some other gardening matters, making him a very useful person to know. I'm more used to people who either quote ridiculous amounts or mess me around for months and then don't turn up, so Urban Nature is a refreshing change.

We contacted Urban Nature Tree Surgery to reduce the height of a large eucalyptus tree. This is done about every two years so this was their third visit. Each time we have been very pleased with the result. They are very approachable, punctual and the garden was left clean and tidy. Do recommend.
